Marx & Moschner – a MOSS company
“To offer the customer the highest possible benefit”
has been Marx & Moschner’s top priority for more than 30 years. For the target groups trade fair, shop, architecture and culture the team of M + M produces digital big pictures on environmentally friendly textiles.
In 1983, Raimund Marx and Wolfgang Moschner found a reprographic company in Lennestadt, which creates large images analogously using a large-format repro camera. After that, digital technology has arrived and the first direct printing machine for material widths up to 5.0 m is being put into operation.
Moss began developing and designing „Pop-up” tents in conjunction with ALU extrusions and became the market leader in North America.
Marx + Moschner decided to merge with MOSS Inc. Group to become the strongest intercontinental provider.
Wolfgang Moschner, Managing Director of Marx + Moschner GmbH, explains:
“Offering the customer the highest possible benefit has been the top priority of Marx + Moschner GmbH for more than 30 years. We look forward to becoming part of the Moss family and growing with our existing and new customers in Europe and America. As an expert in the fields of trade fair, event and POS retail, Moss is the perfect partner for us with its products and services.”
Marx + Moschner – with sustainable
safe in the future.
In addition to optimally coordinating quality, service and price, it is also very important today to meet the social requirements for sustainable production.
This is very important to us. We have always included ecological aspects in our corporate development and we are constantly pushing forward the implementation of these aspects. We think sustainably from receipt of the order until the arrival of the goods at the customer’s. Our processes are digitally optimized – and thus almost paperless. All production steps are seamlessly coordinated. This way we avoid unnecessary waste of time, material and energy.
Steps to more sustainability
Due to the growing demand for organic, recycled products, we process, among other things. Textile fabrics made of 100% recycled yarn. The raw material is obtained, for example, from old PET bottles.
Our presentation systems are reusable and packaged with recyclable materials. Since many of our products are used again for trade fairs and events, it is important for us to offer particularly lightweight systems. The shipment is dismantled – so we transport light and compact, which reduces fuel consumption by 50%.
For our very future, we take the responsibility – join us!
Certification to Nordic Swan
Our UV inks carry the Nordic SwanLabel – a Scandinavian eco-label. Only products that meet certain requirements regarding their raw material origin and composition, their emission limit values during production and some other ecological and social criteria are licensed by the Nordic Ecolabelling Board.
Water based inks
We process mostly water-soluble printing inks. Therefore, our print products can be safely used even in sensitive areas such as shops and living rooms.
Certification according to the Ökotex standard 100
Of course, our textiles are tested for harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 is a globally standardized testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate products and end products of all processing stages. Textile trust – the worldwide synonym for responsible textile production.
With our photovoltaic system, we produce over 55,000 kWh and thus reduce Co2 emissions by almost 40 tons per year.
